Mosaics have always been in the back of Beverly Thomas-Jenkins mind, but in 2006 she sat down and made her first mosaic. Thomas-Jenkins then set up her little studio and has not stopped. She states that are art/mosaic is in her veins. 

 

"As I grow and learn in mosaics I am profoundly in awe of this medium.  It is so versatile hence I never become tired of making the next one.  I have found that like life, all the little pieces of glass and found objects fit together to become one great thing!  I have also started painting, oil and acrylics, its a joy like no other."
