Refund policy

In-store Purchases

We have a 10-day exchange / return policy for in store purchases. Purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit only with receipt for proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or perishable goods or artwork.

Online Purchases

We have a 10-day return policy for online orders, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, contact us at hello@wyndroseboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable and return shipping must be paid by the customer.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
