Glazed in a satin coral with soft pink shapes that accentuate the form, the vase is soft to the touch, made to be handled. Tall and stoic, this vase would be perfect for colorful flowers. The interior is glazed in satin coral.
Wheel thrown from two sections and assembled to achieve the proper height and geometry. The handles are extruded coils and sculpted while quite wet to retain their shape and not crack. They are then carved to fit the forms perfectly and attached to dry very carefully over a 4-week period.
