- About Us
The Horizon barware showcases intersections of clean lines and purposeful design. Each piece features an off-set horizon that is made by dipping the form in an extra gather of molten glass and then shaped. Once cooled, the pieces are hand-cut on a lathe to feature the gestural, optical pattern seen.
Handblown Glassware, sold as set of 2.
Approximately 3.5" x 3.5" inches. Features etched design.
Each piece is handblown & therefore natural variations in sizing and color may occur.
Hand wash for best care.

Detroit based Aritst, Designer and Educator, Andy Koupal has over 15 years of experience working with glass.
"My work is a melding of traditional glassmaking techniques and contemporary design. I aim to present pieces to my audience that are clean, approachable and well-articulated.
My sculptural works take inspiration from the everyday world around me as I seek to illuminate fragments of our cultural landscapes that may otherwise be considered commonplace or overlooked.”
